Getting Around

Please note there are no shuttles between any hotels and the Convention Center, nor to/from the airport.

Plan accordingly for the start of each day, and include walking time to get from your hotel to the Convention Center Conference Center & Grand Ballroom.

When using maps or rideshare service, use "Grand Ballroom, Kansas City Convention Center" as your destination and enter on W 14th St or the corner of W 16th St & Wyandotte St. If you use "Kansas City Convention Center" you will be directed to the main entrance on W 13th S, which is a couple of blocks away in a different part of the eight-square-block complex.
